Maple sirop recipe
Ingredients for 4 portions of handmade endurance gel (you can fill 4 reusable Green Ride & Skate container)
- 100 grams of dried fruit : grapes, peaches, apricots, dates, or your preferred dried fruit
- 960 ml of water (4 cups)
- 8 tbsp. tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
- In a small pan, combine the dried fruit, the peanut butter and the water.
- let all the ingredients soak together (about 5-6 hours) until the fruit is very tender.
- Add the honey to the blend and grind the mixture using a food processor or hand blender.
- Add water as needed to obtain a more liquid texture. Let cool.
- Fill 4 reusable green Ride & Skate container with this gel and get your full enjoy for your ride !
